SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by Prestigious Development Co. ("PDC," "we," "us," or "our").
1. SMS Program
By opting in to receive text messages from PDC, you agree to receive SMS/text messages related to your interactions with PDC.
Messages may include:
Responses to inquiries and requests for information
Customer service and support communications
Scheduling and appointment-related information
Service-related updates and notifications
Employment and application-related communications
Other informational communications that you have requested or authorized
PDC may use third-party communications providers, including Twilio and Aircall, to facilitate and manage SMS communications.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive SMS messages from PDC, you consent to receive text messages at the mobile number provided.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, submitting an inquiry, or applying for employment.
You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number provided or that you have permission from the account holder to enroll that number in PDC's SMS program.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with PDC and the communications you request.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages from PDC at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from PDC unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.

For assistance with PDC's SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us.
